Nisha has also established herself as a curriculum developer for academic and professional skills based programs. She has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and has designed and developed curriculum based on a thorough understanding of learning objectives and pedagogy. Besides curriculum development for higher education institutions, she has also developed a wide range of Workforce Skills Development (WSQ) and Employability Skills System (ESS) modules for Workforce Development Authority (WDA) Singapore and for corporate organisations.

As an academic, Nisha’s passion is also to advance and expand knowledge through research and communicate her ideas and findings via publications. She has published book chapters, journal articles and also used a wide range of platforms such as seminars, keynote speeches, panel discussions and newspapers to share her professional knowledge.
